Sports Physicals will be at Bolivar Family Care for all students grades 7-12 that will participate in a sport next year. There is a $10 fee for the physical.
Boys Physicals- Tuesday, June 7th - 5:00 pm-6:00 pm
Girls Physicals- Thursday, June 9th - 5:00 pm-6:00pm
